Hi all,
having recently acquired an eMate 300 in very good shape,
I'd like to get a hand on a Flash RAM card that can be handled
by it. My cards which work well in my MP 2100 are
"read only" in my eMate. Supposedly Intel made two models
which do ok with the eMate:
INTEL Series 2+, P/N: iMC0nnFLSP
nn is the memory capacity in MB.
Available in 04, 08, 20, 40 MB.
Reading voltage: 3.3V,5V; writing-/erasing voltage 3.3V,5V,12V.
Compatible with Newton MP120/2.0, MP130, MP2000, MP2100, eMate300
INTEL Value Series 100, P/N: iMC0nnFLSC
nn is the memory capacity in MB.
Available in 02, 04, 08, 16 MB.
Reading voltage: 5V; writing-/erasing voltage 5V
Compatible with Newton MP2000, MP2100, eMate300

Does anybody in here know where to find one of those
(preferred capacity from 16 MB up)?
Best,
Marcus
