John Risley used a Newton extensively in his practice, and did a lot of
documentation on how he used it. He even developed some GestureLaunch
macros to assist and speed his work, including macros to create and manage
his scut list. He was fairly active during the Newton Underground days.
I think he's moved on as far as platform goes, and his pages are no longer
up, but archive.org to the rescue!

The boilerplate and alm2scut macros might be of use. He also has a document
detailing his daily use of the Newton in his practice. Might be helpful.

Gary
