There are rapid prototyping systems that could take CAD drawings and
make them into a solid prototype, or even parts.
So someone would need to create a CAD drawing, to begin with, and
this could no doubt be tweaked as needed.
I know very little about the process, really, and have my hands full
with other things, but for those of you more knowledgeable and/or
