Sounds like a typical case for the Newton Connection
Kit (NCK) that you can find at www.unna.org. Make sure
you do not mistake it for the Newton Connection Utilities
(NCU) or the Newton ToolKit (NTK).
NCK will fit your needs exactly. You can edit everything
on the Mac and synchronize it with your MP100. I still think
that as far as functionality is concerned, it is much better
than its successor NCU.

Have a look at DotClock. It's one of these programs that
nobody will ever miss, but it was much fun writing it.
