Not sure about Mac, but in Windows, files transfer as .rtf files which Word
can read. Retains only basic formatting, but should be good for your use. My
son uses one in high school to get a head start on homework during free
periods.

Subject: [NTLK] Getting text off an eMate
Hi y'all,
So I really want to use my eMate for a light, quick and easy word
processor, but if I use NewtWorks, is there a utility that will
translate documents from NewtWorks to, say, Word? Or even text?
I would want to move the documents to my Mac for editing, etc.
Thanks,
Andrew
