I have considered putting a a USB port through a USB-to-serial converter
IC on there as well. This appeals to me personally as I don't really use
the keyboard and a USB interface would be more useful to me.
However, it wouldn't be impossible to do what you say. I'm hoping that
Eckhart gets back to me about his design (I just discovered he is also
working on an internal module), since he's the real Bluetooth guru.
I hate duplication of effort-- I should have checked Eckhart's blog to see
what he was up to... but I had these bluetooth modules laying around and
wanted to do something cool with them. :)
