after much thought I've decided to wait until the warrenty runs out
before I crack open the case;-) Then I'll add either a 60 or 80GB 7200
rpm drive. at that time I may look into any case mods that may be needed
for cooling if need be.

You know I almost forgot about the warrenty stuf as I've never had a
built from the factory brand new 'puter of any sort. I've always had
older (read cheaper) macs or built my own pc's. I've only had this one
since March or so.

I am going to bounce the memory up to 1.25GB from 684MB and see if that
will help for the time being. hmmmmm I wonder if the address lines are
in place to solder new chips onto the mobo so I can get to 2GB.

william.

PS just passed my exam for school!!!! whoppeeee it covered:
management
accounting
marketing
HR
statistics

12 credits, am I glad that's out of the way, just hope my paper gets the
grade. might have to treat myself to a nano or something ;-)

all of this talk of programming has gottem me to thinking that if I
could do BT builtin then I could get additional 2000's or 2100's and put
them around the house as controllers / IM / browsers. hmmmmmmmm last HW
hack i did was a water cooled pc but I'm feeling the need to build
something ;-)
