[NTLK] nBlog and roman encoding

Hello list,

I rediscovered nBlog. It works great, actually.

Since I'm writing in French, one problem remains thought : the accents
are 'swallowed' either by nBlog, or by blogger.com.

Does anyone have any idea how one may use roman encoding in order to
honour the accents (badly missed by written French...)

Adam? Other people (who is maintaining this nicety today?) ?
