Re: [NTLK] MP2100 Internal RAM

Does anyone have one of these boards and can tell me what ICs the flash
RAM are? Also the values of the missing chip capacitors on a normal ROM
board. If anyone can tell me the type of flash RAM chip used and what
the maximum value of RAM a Newton can have, I would be greatly
appreciative. Since there are 4 slots unsoldered on the underside of
the ROM board, I am assuming this is where extra RAM can go and that
the DVT boards are normal boards with these slots filled with 2MB RAM
chips each. 4, 8, 16 or 32MB chips would be phenomenal, but a huge
amount would likely be useless. having an extra 8 or 16MB of total RAM
would be a great thing indeed.
