I think Woody is right on this one--guessing, I would say that your
battery pack is dying. I've got one or two dead ones here that I might
someday get bold enough to re-cell, but I don't know.... We'll see how
long my current one lasts. BTW, freezing or chilling a cell worked
wonders for my current pack. I've been using it for years now, and it
was giving me the "waiting" message when I first got it. But in its
case, it had sat a long time not being used, not in daily use like
yours is getting...
