There are few "must-haves" for the Newt...mainly because the Newt is almost perfect right from the box...But, there are some utilities that make you wonder how you ever got along without them...in my opinion, Dashboard is one. Kinda like that Baco's bacon bits commercial, where the person is eating a salad and saying how wonderful this salad is and how perfect it is and how he can't imagine anything that would make this salad perfection any better...then an off-camera hand sprinkles some Baco's bacon bits on the salad and the person takes a bite and calmly states...it's even better now....

  Hi Everyone

Just wanted to get a general feeling on this. I've
been contemplating on purchasing Dashboard 1.5.1 for
my MP2100. Are you guys ok with buying software for a
dead platform (although still lots of followers) for
$USD 25.00? Or am I being a cheap bastard?

Thanks for your input.....if you can convice me, I'll
bite the bullet and buy it.
