I don't know for sure, but i've been told that you can install EITHER
the keyspan driver for OS 9 or for OS 10, but not both.

Others will disagree, it's been said on this messageboard by folks
more technically proficient then me that it's no problem.

But, the keyspan site warns against installing both.

I once used the keyspan adapter I have to run DeLorme's Street Atlas
and Mac GPS Pro under OS 9. After I installed the keyspan drivers for
OS X, I could just as well have tossed Street Atlas and Mac GPS Pro.
Installing the X drivers spelled goodby for using 9 drivers.

Just my 2 cents. I had to install a new hard drive recently, and
started with a clean slate. I installed ONLY OS 9 keyspan drivers. If
I want to use Newten, I move over to my wife's Mac and do it there.
