[NTLK] Note about extracting ROM

I'm trying to extract a ROM from my MP2100 for emulation purposes
with Einstein. I do this the serial way because the ROM Dumper
application for the Newton would refuse to establish a connection
with my Longshine compatible Ethernet card.

Now after playing around with the calculator and assuming that every
baud would transfer only one bit I came up with a transfer rate of
about 7 KB/s. With that rate the 8 MB ROM should be extracted in
about 20 minutes. I waited 60 minutes and both the Mac and the Newton
were still frozen. My second attempt was to transfer only 256kb from
the Newton's memory. That took about 2:45 minutes. Which points to a
transfer rate of about 1.5 KB/s.

So the short version is: A 8 MB ROM extraction via a serial
connection is going to take about 90 minutes.
