Hmmm, so then why do you need a wireless card? Unless you are running in Ad-hoc mode...then if that's the case, good luck. Never had much success running that way.
And heck, with wireless routers being so cheap now-a-days, it's almost not an excuse to NOT have one...After rebate I paid $10 for my SMC.
