I tried the palm adapter under OS 9 also. Even got it hooked up to my
palm hoping the software download would drop an extension that would allow
me to use it outside of the palm sync software. No luck.
On the plus side I only paid $14.99 for the adapter. Considering that I
walked into the store and expected they would soak me for at least $30, I
felt I got away pretty good. Also bought a 1gb cf card and pcmcia adapter,
which BTW, worked immediately with the cf drivers from kallisys. --M
