That would not be a good solution for me. The Brother printer / scanner
includes a 50 page auto document feeder and both prints / scans double
sided. That would help me automate the scanning process.
I also have a powerbook, so the newt is not the only device I would use
this thing with. Also, I believe OCR works best when the page being
scanned is properly alligned. OCR scanning material at funny angles or
warped (as with test near a book binding) is less accurate. --M
