[NTLK] Register problems with Standalone

Hi folks,

I've just registered StandAlone's MailingLabels application for the
Newton. Once my credit card was accepted, I got a confirmation page
that said my registration code could be found "below". Which it
couldn't. It had a "Download" link next to "Registration Code", which
I clicked. Nothing happened other than that this link was no longer
clickable. Argh...

I then went to their support page and requested they re-send the code.
Fortunately, they had a page for this. On submitting I got a
confirmation
page that said they would send it within two business days. Wow!
Hopefully,
this means that they consider me at least entitled to get it. But two
days? Puleaaaze...

Wonder if I'm talking to a computer or to a snail here... Well, at
least they have my money :-(

Is anybody out there aware of a way to get at a StandAlone registration
code
faster for something you've just paid forf? The fried this software
is for will be nowhere near where I am in two days :-((

What an unprofessional way to do business!

Please cc to my address, I'm on the digest version and I need to resolve
this issue today if possible.
