You're trying to reach the other machine from within your network, or
from outside?
The IP-addresses you indicate are private IP's; you may check your
external IP via
for instance (I just googled this server, there's plenty others).
Also, make sure to open the appropriate ports in the FireWall (Sys
Prefs, Sharing, FireWall tab). Port 5900 is widely used by VNC.
