[NTLK] German OS NPDS server

Hi,

I just switched my NPDS server to a German OS ROM MP 2100. The only big
difference is noticeable at the screenshots :

I'll try to keep a typical German window on top (the prefs window;
notice also the GSM option available out of the box in the German version).
