Hey a wild guess here since I've not done this before but have seen it
around in my travels on UNNA and elsewhere... I assume (might be wrong) that
you need to have the original Update File for 717260 for the application to
transform the 717260 system update by Apple into the 710031.

I confirmed it by searching and the link below indicates likewise. Mac or PC
versions.
