1) Go to

    http://www.pda-soft.de/120_disassemble.html

2) Remove bottom part of the case

3) Remove ROM daughterboard

4) Plug in new ROM daughterboard

5) Screw bootom part of the case back on

6) Do a hard reset

Takes about 5 minutes if you know how to do it or 10
if you don't.
