You could bring up Names, then pick the button that says All with a check
mark next to it. That will select all of your names entries. Then delete -
careful, though, because you probably want to keep your entry around (mail
settings, owner info, etc...) so uncheck just that entry, then you're set.

I recently revised and cleaned up my names and dates entries in outlook and
want to get them to my newton. (I am going to use lookout to get them into
my newt.) Is there a fast way to remove my existing name entries in my
MP2100? I use moreinfo to keep my names in my mp2100.
