Yes, the big news of the day was Paul Guyot's announcement and
demonstration of Einstein 2006 booting up on a Linux-based Zaurus
handheld. Paul also outlined the roadmap (sans timeline milestones) for
performance enhancements, integreation of the Relativity data
interaction framework, and colour-support for the platform.
w00t!
Here's a picture of Paul's Zaurus booting into Newton OS at the WWNC.
The Zaurus is being held by Flash Sheridan. Ronnie Simon can be seen in
the background.
