[NTLK] IC/VC Calendar Question

I have IC/VC installed on my Newton 2100 and have subscribed to my
published work iCal.

My Newton downloads data when I launch the IC/VC calendar update (I
see 1 object of about 122k in the store) but it never applies it to
my calendar data.

What am I missing?
