And there's the one gotcha: when you sync your address book entry from the
mac to the newt, you could potentially mess up your owner card on the newt..

The only way to get NewtSync to work with a lot of addresses is to
start with all of you addresses on the Mac, and a clean Newt. You
can't move them the other way around. (This way works great, though.)
After the initial sync, you can add names to the Newt and they will
move over to the Mac. It's this first big one that does the little
green bugger in.

This has been a fairly persistent issue with the app since the first
alpha version, IIRC.
