[NTLK] WLAN driver question (registration)

I have messed around with my cabletron card (wow getting the NIE setup was a
real "think outside of the box" moment for me). I had a hard time finding a
non WEP'd access point so I was thinking of registering the driver. At his
website it says " Registration was closed at 12/29/2005 JST." - anyone know
what this means?
