Keyth,
Press the 'Extras' key along the top left corner.
Now on the left bottom corner of the screen there is an [i]
Tap the 'i' and a window will open giving the options 'Memory Info' and
/Credits'.
Tap 'Memory Info' and the Memory Info window will open.
It should have a System RAM Installed of 900K plus if it's an Stock eMate
300.
It should have a System RAM Installed of almost 4000K if it's upgraded (I
forget the exact number as my eMate 300 in front of me is non-stock and
reads 4008K because it has ROM Version 2.2.00-0 in it...
