Sally,

When you insert a supported WiFi card (or if you already have one
inserted and tap the Card application in the Extras drawer), tap
Setup, then tap the info button ('i') and select "Register" from the
pop-up menu it'll show the registration info. If the "keyword" and
"registration string" fields are filled out, it'll verify them when
you tap the close button.

That's the best way to know if its truly registered or not.
Otherwise, if you've been using it longer than the trial period and
you keep getting registration reminders, it's not registered (or
atleast not correctly).

Regarding compact flash adapters (for the list in general, since you
just got yours), I recently picked one of the SanDisk CompactFlash PC
Card Adapters for $9.99 at a local Staples and it works great.
Unfortunately, I don't have the specific model number handy as it's
not written on the card itself.

I believe that these are discontinued as I haven't found them on
Amazon recently and the company I work for can't order them from our
distributors. They were on a bottom shelf with only a handful left,
so check your local electronics/office stores.
