[NTLK] Question about MP110 Clear Case

Most MP110 Clear Case examples I've see up to now either on the Web or
eBay have all been the Grid-Pattern Flip Cover or the Clear Flip Cover
(without the sticker/decal on the inside)

Recently I came across one WITH the sticker/decal.

I was wondering have any of you seen one of these?
Which Flip Cover did it have?
