[NTLK] New Newton's!

Ok, so the other day i cam home from my dads house, and there was a
bunch of newton stuff on the table so i take a look at them all, i
got 2 130's and a 2000.

One of the 130's backlight is dead because of those stupid caps on the
mobo, it blinks but never turns on

The other one works fine

and my 2000 i told scott it needs a battery cage and a stylus, he told
me that he can get me the stylii from the eMates because they are the
same and they have emates out the butt (I Don't want one)

anyway, im making do with the stylus from a 120 and it has a powercord
but refuses to charge the battery that's in it.

so tonight after i was watching The Rocky Horror Show i got brave and
pulled out my wireless card and sat down to install wireless internet

Here's what goes on:

I Have a 2Wire Wireless card that is just a rebadged Lucent Gold card
I read the Wiki and got everything installed as should be.

WELLLL!, It doesnt work, everything is installed properly with NIE 2.0
and hiroshi's driver and everything i have nethopper as the internet
client.

but when i put in my card it says: "There is a problem with this card.
(Newton cannot recognize this type of card)

I Don't see how that can be as it's the same exact thing as a lucent
gold card with a 2Wire badge on it.

Can anyone help me?

BTW Now that i am up to date with OS 2.0 i will become alot more
active here at NewtonTalk!
