Thanks Jon I knew I was forgetting a few details, though I do also think
Paul worked on it but I don't believe he got it to a final fully tested
state.

I do remember people having problems reviving a newt after this bug (hmm
don't know why I thought it was a year or two earlier). Perhaps they
were new and didn't know how to do a full brain wipe.

P.S. I did some checking and we may be thinking of the fix Paul did for
the Date/Find bug as AVI also wrote a patch for this one as well.
