They're probably not available, but the parts used are
fairly standard. You could make your own replacement
cables (or have someone make them for you if you lack
the soldering skills and/or time.)

One trick to get half the job done is to get a
standard Apple serial cable and cut it in half. Half
the job's done. Just trace the wires to the pins and
connect to the keyboard's printed circuit board.
