[NTLK] Connection Port busy Error Message?

hello-I routinely fax parts of my Datebook, connecting with a 3Com PC
Card. This has worked easily for years. Today I try to fax and I get
an Error message that the Connection Port is busy. I do a Restart,
same message. I reinsert the LAN PC Card, same message.
Any idea what's going on--and how to get this working again? Thanks.
