[NTLK] Getting ready to sell my Newton

I have a mp 2000 (an upgraded version). Over the years I have bought a lot of software. Is any of it resaleable? If I remember correctly, the software uses the user name to verify with the key. Also does doing a hard reset completely wipe out the memory. I don't want my information to fall into the wrong hands.
