[NTLK] eMate battery problems

Hi,
I have just rebuilt the battery pack in my emate because a warning
came up and said that the battery will no longer hold a charge please
replace. I have put the rebuilt pack back in and after 10 mins the
same warning pops back up.

Has anyone out there had this problem before if so how do you solve it?
