Beyond Words sold a bunch of misprinted copies a couple of years ago IIRC.
My copy has "DEFYING GRAVIITY" (yes, two I's) on the spine of the dust cover.

It is truly an interesting book, it really gives you a sense of the urgency
and total frenetic pace of development.
