[NTLK] Installing new version of IC/VC from BT

Hi,

I need to do something weird, and I'm not even sure it is possible.

I have IC/VC version 2.2 installed, but want to install the newest
version 2.4.3.

Doing this from the Inbox create a problem, since the soft is used to
install the package, and since the package already exist, it cannot
be overwritten. Is there a way of doing this without requiring a
serial cable?
