A "New Newton 2000" running at about 45 mhz. :)
At least that was what the dual G4 800 was like.
But a nice start. This is kinda the case of the Newton & Atari Jaguar... emulators exist, just waiting for the faster machines to run them well.

Subject: [NTLK] Serail Classic to OS X: using NTK and other tools on new
machines?
Hi everyone,
short introduction: I had a very early Newton just when they came
out, but it got lost over the years. I have hated every PDA ever
since, so finally, when Paul's Einstein went through the press, I
remembered my very first PDA. So here I am with a "brand new" MP2100 ;-)
I'd like to write some software for it and use the debugger, but I
don't have any older Mac. Since my PowerBook seems to be able to run
some things under Classic, I was hoping I could somehow redirect the
original "Modem/Printer Port" on Classic to use the Keyspan adapter
on OS X.
Is that somehow possible? I have been searching hi and low, but
nobody seems to have written anything like this. And my knowledge on
Classic is not good enough. I could do the OS X part though... .
Thanks
Matthias
