[NTLK] Moving audio recording (notes) to desktop

I have a bunch of recordings of my son done using the built in mic on
the 2100.

How can I move the audio recordings out of the Newton?

I use Escale OSX (is there something better?) with a Keyspan
connected to my intel mac.

These recordings are pretty valuable to me and I wish to get them on
the mac and eventually burn them to a CD for backup purposes.
