[NTLK] Cleaning out the insides of an eMate?

Hi All,
        This is yet another eMate disassembly question, but I think it
actually has some relevance in general to the list. (And maybe needs
to be added to the FAQ)

I just opened an eMate and found tons of crumbs in there. Tons. I
don't know when these school kids were using these things, but
apparently it was during crumb day at school. I'm not worried about
the places on the case, but there are spots on the Logic board where
the crumbs and other gunk seem to have collected. What's the best way
to clean it off?
