[NTLK] severed backlight wire... replacement?

Upon opening one of my eMates, I found the cause for a malfunctioning
backlight. I could hear very well the buzz of the backlight, but
there was no light! Turns out the connector got severed somehow.

Anyway, does anyone know the name of this thing? I don't know my wire
names terribly well, or quite where to get this. I'd rather flat out
replace it than splice it together, just to be on the safe side...
