I doubt that it matters which browser you use, but I cannot download
packages with courier right now... I'm not sure what I did, but for
your issue
Create an new folder in your sites folder then:
Add /"folder name"/ to the address you are using.
if the package is in the same folder as an HTML file named "index" then
"index" will be loaded and all else ignored until linked from "index"
