[NTLK] NCU Error

When I go to export from Newton Works to my Windows XP PC, (I have an eMate)
it always says "Preparing for Export" and then says "Connection was stopped
because of a communication error. (-1)" I can still successfully install
packages. Can anyone tell me what is wrong? I am running NCU 1.0.
