Another quick announcement:

A fresh batch of Newton eBooks have been sent to Marty and DJ, for uploading
to their Newton Library Archive site: http://www.stillnewt.org/library

"BUCCANEER" - [THE BUCCANEERS IN THE WEST INDIES IN THE 17th CENTURY
BY C.H. HARING] - Available for the MP 2X00 platform only. This is a great
historical account of the whole pirate game from stem to stern. Great reading!
Source taken from Project Gutenberg and converted to the Newton eBook format by
yours truly. Whatdidyaexpect?

"SPEAK POLISH" - Available for the Newton Classic and MP 2X00 platforms. This
is a crudely assembled eBook containing common phrases in English and Polish,
with rough phonetic pronounciations. Nothing fancy, but it can help users to
get up-to-speed with speaking Polish quickly and easily.

"DROUGHT" - Available for the MP 2X00 platform only. TESTIMONY OF DR. LOUIS
UCCELLINI, DIRECTOR NATIONAL CENTERS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PREDICTION NATIONAL
OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION BEFORE THE COMMITTEE ON ENERGY AND NATURAL
RESOURCES UNITED STATES SENATE - You thought the movie, "The Day After
Tomorrow" was scary? Did you know that the western United States is an arid region
that is governed by a long term (roughly 160 year) drought/precipitation cycle?
The theory goes that the western dam projects of the Great Depression years
were constructed during the rainy portion of the drought cycle. Guess what that
means for the next eighty years or so? It may not be so pretty. This eBook
will get you started in understanding what the future may have in store.

AND, a fourth, surprise title under the category of Science and Technology.
Available for the MP 2X00 and Newton Classic platforms. What is it? You'll just
have to wait and see.

There you go -- four more new Newton eBook titles, and they don't cost you a
cent! Download them, read them, enjoy them. You might even learn something in
the process. How can you go wrong? Apple Computer can't bring you this kind of
eclectic and interesting content without nickeling and diming you to death.
You can get it HERE, though. It's legal, and it's FREE!

Look for these titles at a Newton Library Archive soon!
