[NTLK] Changing Package Names

A simple problem but one that I can't find out in the manual: is it
possible to change the name of a package once it's been installed?
(MP 2100)
My Newton wouldn't open a Paperback file because it thought there was
already the same one installed (even though it had a slightly
different name). I had to reinstall it with a different name, but it
would have been easier to just rename it on the Newton.
