[NTLK] Note formatting by itself

I tried to do a Clean Install of my most used packages. Since that
reinstall, when I write a note, some words are being format as
Outline while others stay Plain, sometime, just by changing a letter
in a word, the Font for this word change from Fancy to Casual.

Where did I to wrong ? If I start over, is there something I can do
to prevent this?
