Discontinued but upgradeable (at least to Win Mobile 5), I use one and have
found much free & commercial software available.
The biggest downfall of this unit, compared to current models, is that it
doesn't include a cell phone (although you can use it's contact database to
drive a bluetooth enabled phone).
Hardware upgrades are scarce.
