I am definitely planning to open up uploads again on UNNA, but have
some other relatively minor issues to work out before I can do so. My
primary concern is getting WikiWikiNewt fully operational and
everything coordinated with the various mirrors around the world so
that we have good fail-over and backups of the data itself.

No worries, I actually prefer to hear how many people are concerned
about which features of UNNA so that I can judge the communities
priorities as well as my own.
