[NTLK] Stowaway Driver Questions

1) Does anyone know if there's a way to use the keyboard to select
text? CMD+SHIFT+Arrow?

2) Does anyone know if there's a way to move the carat to the previous
word/next word in the text using a keyboard command? (e.g. CMD+arrow)
