So, the only thing we can have to do is install Einstein on ours PCs or Macs
to read the PCMCIA, CF or SD cards formatted by Paul Guyot ATA driver. Isn't
it?
I believe in that way.
When it gonna happen?

It's definitely possible. In fact, if you pop a Newton-formatted
Linear Flash card (or CF/SD/whatever card that was formatted using
Paul's ATA Drivers) into a Mac OS X computer it'll recognize it, but
prompt you to initialize it. I've never attempted this (I only have a
MacBook Pro with Express/34 slot), but you should be able to run 'dd'
in Linux/BSD/OS X/etc. to do a bit-for-bit copy of the data (you'll
have to track down the appropriate device it's in, of course) to a
file.

The trick is that we'd then have to get Einstein to read said files.
Matthias mentioned
(<http://newtontalk.net/archive/newtontalk.2007-12/0027.html>) that
while Einstein does emulate the basics of the PCMCIA slots, it doesn't
actually support RAM cards at the moment. Once that support was added
(although likely not trivial), the Newton ROM would take care of it
from there and so should be able to read/write to a local image. Or
maybe even direct to a physical card.
